Courtney Davis is the Founder/CEO/Wearer of Many Hats of A Helping Hand Events. Courtney saw the need for a quality, reliable, and safe childcare option for parents attending adult only functions, and knew she had to create a unique business model to fill this need. Courtney has three young sons who help bring out her inner child, allowing her to create engaging and interactive programs for children of all ages.  When Courtney is not developing the next level children’s program, she stays busy with carting her sons to the ball field, playing at the beach, and being a superhero.

Kim Arnold

Throughout the past 5 years, Kim has mentored A Helping Hand’s California team while collaborating with clients including (who should we put) and many more. Kim puts her mastery of details and innovative project management skills to perfect use. With a new idea for everything, Kim is known for her relaxed but detail driven approach to business. While Kim excels at planning, budgeting, staffing and client relations, she believes that even the tiniest particulars of an event merit her personal attention. As such, she understands that each event is unique and ensures every family will walk away with a memorable experience.
